Dan started here from the ground up! Starting in 2018 as a lot attendant and worked his way up to sales person where he excelled and impressed our owner so much that he now runs our whole sales department.
He is an avid snowboarder and wakeboarder, who also loves gaming. When he's not doing either of those three things, he's probably riding and/or wrenching dirtbikes, ATVs, or street motorcycles.
He has been a fantastic sales manager and keeps our sales department running smoothly.
He is currently the happy owner of a Husqvarna Vitpilen!

Courtney bought her first motorcycle here in 2016, then another in 2018! Both Kawasaki Ninja's. After that we realized, with her experience from the car business and love for the powersports industry, we knew we needed to recruit her! She's been running our Finance Department ever since.
When she's not helping our customers get the best approvals, or the extra coverage they need to keep their toys running smoothy, you'll find her hanging out with her dog, Doug, or at a punk rock concert.
She's currently the happy owner of a Polaris Sportsman 570, a Honda Ruckus, and a Honda Metropolitan!

Scott is our veteran salesman here and has been with us since 2013. Because of that, he is FULL of knowledge and would love to be your go-to-guy for any questions.
It's very rare to ever see Scott walking around without his side-kick, Mia, a super sweet and loyal chocolate lab. It's okay if you forget his name just say "the guy with the dog" and we'll know EXACTLY who you're talking about!
Ask him how fast he's ridden on a Suzuki Hayabusa (hint - 214mph)

Adam came to us when he was just a wee lad, back in 2015, starting by helping out in our parts department, then our online sales attendant, and now he's an excellent salesman. You'll actually forget that Adam is your salesperson, in fact, by the end of your experience here, he will be your BEST BUDDY! He is very personable and truly cares to help his customers get out and ride.
When he's not here making friends, you can find Adam at one of his properties, building sheds, chicken coops, or driving around finding different places to explore.
He's currently the happy owner of a Yamaha MT-09, Vino, Phaser 500 and YZ250, as well as a Kawasaki Ninja 250+650, KX100, KLX 110 and Z125, a Suzuki GSXR750R, a Honda Goldwing, CRF250L, PCX150 a Ruckus, and last but not least, his trusty steed, a 2001 Honda Rancher 350 4x4!

After transitioning to sales in 2023 and being promoted to Lead Product Specialist in 2024, I'm more confident than ever in my ability to make a meaningful impact. With a background that includes military service and a childhood spent riding, I'm eager to apply my skills and experience to help shape the future of this industry.

Tristan works behind the scenes in the parts department, and is our resident Honda fanatic. She's been with us for a few years now and always brings an awesome attitude to the job. Believe it or not, she has 4 boys and one girl, and is even a grandmother now!
When we let her go home, which isn't often, she loves riding side by sides (FAST), watching MMA and supercross, and making plans to go riding which she backs out of at the last minute! (KIDDING TRISTAN) : )

Gail is the W.I.N. (woman in charge) of Rochester Motorsports. She makes sure that all of the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed. We couldn't make the company function without her, and are incredibly lucky to have her take care of all of us.

Darren has over 25 years of dealership experience, and he uses it every day here at Rochester Motorsports. He was born and raised in Rochester and now is raising his own family in town. He's a graduate of UTI, loves riding snowmobiles and ATVs, gardening, hanging with his family, and collects cats. He currently has four!

Oswald came along as a package deal with Courtney. Courtney said, " No Ozzy, No Courtney!" So we completely folded in our negotiations and gave them whatever they wanted. But we still feel that we came out ahead on that deal!
P.S. Courtney wanted me to mention Oswald's wrinkly potato face. Ain't it squishy?
