I wanted to express how truly amazing my experience was with Rochester Motorsports Inc. My fiance and I purchased (2) 2019 Kawasaki Brute Force 750's. The entire process was VERY "hassle free". I did business with Bob Zimmerman in sales and he was VERY professional. Courtney in finance was also VERY personable as well. I just felt very comfortable from start to finish and knew I was in good hands. They even helped us load our quads onto my trailer and I left with 2 FULL tanks of gas!! I drive over an hour to bye my motorcycles from Rochester Power Sports. I pass a few other motorcycle dealers on my way to Rochester Power sports. I travel the extra miles for the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service. I bought my first motorcycle at Rochester Power sports a few years ago and last week returned to bye a second bike. My salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and the young girl in finance was drop dead adorable. If I am in the market for a third bike I know where i'm going.

I am over 65, been around the block as far as biz experience, biz ownership, hiring many people, owned many cars, motorcycles, boats. I have a great appreciation for people who comprise businesses that promote Customer Satisfaction, in all ways possible. Rochester Motor Sports is the best at this, in my book. From the start talking with Ken their sales mgr about finding a trailer I needed, I was thoroughly impressed. This is why I felt it was highly worthwhile that I go 1.5 hours to buy from them. I am good at recognizing people's sincereity, disposition and honesty via a phone conversation. Upon arriving there I was equally impressed with all of the staff and the dealership in general. Mr Cook, the owner (not met) apparently knows first how to hire, and secondly, how to maintain what he has laid out for his business procedures, ethics and customer raport. Lastly, I am a bit of a perfectionist for various things. The closure of this deal, to include making sure all was set with the trailer, the connections, etc was handled by Pete, who I highly respect for his customer raport, and finding he is even more a perfectionist than I am ! Anybody would be crazy not to make Rochester their dealer of choice, and that is most often much more important than price, although the price I got was very good.

My wife and I puchased a 2007 Vulcan 900 Classic LT in May of 2007 and the sales department was the friendliest Staff I've ever delt with.In 2008 I had an antifreeze leak, I brought the bike there and they fixed it. It was towards winter and by the time they got the part so they offered to store the bike for me. The service Dept. is just as friendly. I live in Maine but it's worth the trip to have the bike worked on just for the fact everyone is friendly... Sincerely, Scott Lachance

I just wanted to thank Sean and everyone else at RMS for helping buy my first bike. I had been next door to the "other" bike dealer and couldn't get the time time of day from a salesperson until I started to look at the clothing. Oh, I should mention I'm a gal who would like her own bike rather than clothes to ride on the back of someone else's. My husband bought a Vulcan 1600 from Rochester Motor Sport a few years ago. The sales man Frank was great. There was no pressures, no hassles. My husband loves his bike. Most every time my husband would go into Rochester Motor Sport I would go with him and look at all the motor cycles in the show room, and wish I could ride. Frank the sales man said why don't you go for your licence, he gave me all the info I needed and I went for it. I got my licence and bought a V-star 650 from you guessed it Frank, at Rochester Motor Sport. My husband and I would not buy a new motor cycle from any where but Rochester Motor Sport. They are great people to work with.

To the owner of Rochester Motorsports, Your parts department is awsome. I recieved a 1988 GL1500 Goldwing (rolling frame and 3 large boxes of parts)last summer. Roger, John and even Adam have been very helpfull in both information and parts needed to get the bike back on the road. The carb rebuild kits are due in this week to get the bike in even better shape. My wife and I just bought 2 new full face helmets last week, and the guys were very helpful in getting us the best fit and had great product knowledge for all the brands you have. I would like to comment on the excellent service I have received on two separate occasions. Your Service Manager, Norman, is the most customer focused guy I have ever dealt with in your industry. I have had two occasions where warrantee service was required two different Yamaha snowmobiles. Even though the machines were not purchased as RMS, and I was not the original purchaser, Norman took the time to research the machine's origin, change the name in the database, and repair the machines in a timely manner all while while making me feel like a valued customer. My son bought a 2006 Katana and dropped it within the first few minutes he owned it. After a lot of discussion I ended up with the bike and your sales staff made this very easy. Getting the damaged parts replaced was possible only due to a super effort by Adam Chin (Suzuki made this difficult by mislabeling parts twice). This effort proves that it is the dealer that makes the difference. I will buy another bike from Rochester Motorsports. This dealership has employees that love what they do, and set a new standard for customer service which everyone should learn from.

Hello, My name is Mike Donahue and I bought a leftover 2004 Suzuki Katana from Rochester Motor Sports last month. Yesterday night (5/24/05), I dropped my bike off in your service department for the 600 mile check-up. My wife was suppose to meet me there and give me a ride home. Time was passing by and my wife was not showing up. About 10 minutes later, Jake gave me note with a message on it to call my wife. I did not recognize the number on the note. I called the number and it was the York County Sheriffs department telling me that my wife and two daughters were involved in an accident on RT 202 in Lebanon. The Sheriffs department told me that no one was injured, but the vehicle was badly damaged. As you can imagine, I was very upset. I tried calling a friend that I know that lives in the Rochester area to give me a ride there. I could not find his number. One of your employees from the service department volunteered to give me a ride to the accident scene (I very much apologize for not catching his name). That was extremely appreciated. I can not tell you how much I appreciate the professionalism that your employees demonstrated when I distressed about my family being involved in a car accident. I was not thinking clearly because of it. I am happy to report that no one in the accident was hurt.
